- 4-year-old strikes, kills toddler sister with pickup in Collin County- A 2-year-old girl was killed in northern Collin County on Sunday after her 4-year-old sibling hit the toddler with a pickup, authorities said. The truck had been parked in a driveway in the 300 block of Westmoreland Circle in Westminster, a small community near Anna. The family was loading it with items to take to a relative’s house, said John Norton, Collin County sheriff’s office spokesman.
